draw a dog friday: parker

I have been fortunate enough to spend some time with this good looking guy. He is sweet, charming, and I get a kick out of his extra long ankle hair. I started with an "ink" drawing of him which I rather like:

 I felt like his doo rag called for something. It called for some bling. 

 He's the real deal. 

My plan is to put up one more dog tonight. Without sharing details (although I would love to), this week has been less than ideal. But today I'm off to the MFA to check out the Chihuly exhibit before it's outta here and I plan on coming home so inspired, I will be a drawing machine tonight.
